Protien Pancakes
Fuel Your Athletes with heathy and delicious breakfast!
They can contain 34 grams of protein.
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or 1 cup of milk
- 2 scoops whey protein powder unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- I like stay away from the toxic cooking sprays, use butter instead.
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, vanilla, sugar, and yogurt (or milk).
- Add the protein powder and whisk until completely smooth and blended. Use a rubber spatula to scrape the sides of the bowl if needed.
- Whisk in the baking powder. Let the batter rest while you heat the griddle. It slightly thickens as it rests.
