So, you've got those white baseball pants with the oh-so-important stripes that you need to keep clean. But you're worried about using a pressure washer because, let's face it, those things can be a bit aggressive. No one wants holes in their pants, right?
Boil Water on the Stove
First things first, fill up a pot with water and get it boiling on the stove. We're talking bubbling, steaming hot water ready to tackle those stains.
Use Dawn Soap or Dawn Spray Wash
Once your water is nice and hot, add in some Dawn soap or spray wash. This stuff is like magic for getting out tough stains, so don't be shy with it.
Oxiclean Spray Directly on the Pants and Jersey
For those extra stubborn spots, grab some Oxiclean spray and give those pants and jersey a good spritz. This stuff is a game changer when it comes to fighting stains.
Oxiclean Powder in the Boiling Water
Now, here's where the real magic happens. Add some Oxiclean powder directly into the boiling water. This will help to really lift those stains and brighten up those whites.
But here's the important part: DO NOT boil your pants in the water. You'll end up with a hot mess (literally) and ruined pants. Instead, turn off the stove and add your uniform to the hot water. Let it soak for about 24 hours to really let the cleaning agents do their thing.
After the soaking is done, give your uniform a good wash as you normally would. You'll be amazed at how clean those white baseball pants come out, stripes and all!
